WorkhoAI connects to Instagram Business accounts via Meta's official OAuth 2.0 authentication. When a business connects their Instagram account to our service, we request only the following permission:
We access Instagram DMs solely to provide automated lead qualification services. We do not access, read, or store any other Instagram data including your feed posts, stories, followers, profile details beyond your username, or any private account information.
We do not store Instagram passwords or login credentials at any time. All authentication is handled directly and securely by Meta's servers.
How to revoke access: You can remove WorkhoAI's access to your Instagram account at any time by going to Instagram Settings → Security → Apps and Websites, and removing WorkhoAI from the list. Revoking access will immediately stop the bot from reading or sending messages on your behalf.
